“RELATIONSHIPS” film - for entry into Future Voices of
New Mexico
& Desert Light Film Contests
Today you begin planning for your next film for entry into 2-3 statewide film contests with cash prizes!  I am attaching a PDF below which describes the project - please read this thoroughly so you understand what is entailed, project description, timeline, requirements. I am also attaching the document you will need to start planning your film, the concept map/synopsis. You will begin PREPRODUCTION (planning) your first film today by choosing 1-3 other students for your film team, and downloading and completely filling out the concept map/synopsis for your film. You may print it out and handwrite on it, or type on it in MS Word. I’m also including an example of how to write a one paragraph synopsis. Save your filled out concept map to your desktop and you will print it out and turn it in for a grade. You have TWO WEEKS ONLY to complete your concept map/synopsis and your 8-frame storyboard. Once you have completed a concept map/synopsis, storyboard and a script you are ready to start filming your masterpiece!
